Tapping Into Your Creativity

I came across these Finger Tapping exercises at Sage Laughter Yoga hosted by Mrs. Pamela Noonan at the Sofia Center for Goddess Study located at 6034 Smoke Ranch Drive Las Vegas NV 89108. This is a great way to tap into your creativity using your fingers to engage the two hemispheres of your brain. These are some of the Finger Exercises that I now do every time I crochet. So, when you're in Vegas definitely stop by and check this out! EXERCISE DISCLAIMER: Always consult  qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise in this video.
