Tapping Into Your Creativity

I came across these Finger Tapping exercises at Sage Laughter Yoga hosted by Mrs. Pamela Noonan at the Sofia Center for Goddess Study located at 6034 Smoke Ranch Drive Las Vegas NV 89108. This is a great way to tap into your creativity using your fingers to engage the two hemispheres of your brain. These are some of the Finger Exercises that I now do every time I crochet. So, when you're in Vegas definitely stop by and check this out! EXERCISE DISCLAIMER: Always consult  qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise in this video. First Time Teething Ring For Babies -Revised for Absolute Beginners

In this video we make a teething ring that's great for first time teethers! First Time Teething Ring Pattern Size K Crochet Hook Cotton Yarn ***Use two strands of yarn*** Chain 20 stitches then join ROW 1- Chain 1 then 1 single crochet in next stitch, then do 2 single crochets in the next stitch, then do 1single crochet in the next stitch. Continue alternating the single crochets to the end of the row. You'll have 30 stitches. ROW 2- Chain 1 then do 2 single crochets in each stitch around, then join. You'll have 60 stitches. ROW 3- Picot Edging- chain 3 then slip stitch in each stitch around, then join and tie off. I usually wash the teething ring in mild detergent before use. Try wetting it with water then chilling it for baby. I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (http://www.youtube.com/editor)
